Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sukkur was established on 08-10-1979 with the mission to provide quality education to the schools and colleges being located in the areas including Sukkur, Ghotki, Khairpur and Naushero Feroze.

As and when BISE Sukkur starts admission process for the annual exams of Matric and intermediate classes, then Sukkur Board asks the candidates to submit their admission forms and deposit the admission fee. Sukkur Board Matric part 1 date sheet and SSC part 2 date sheet is issued to the students in February and the annual exams of 9th and 10th classes are conducted in March.

Similarly, BISE Sukkur FA/FSc date sheet and HSSC part 2 date sheet is issued in March and annual exams of 11th and 12th classes are held in April. Sukkur Board takes three months in preparation and announcing the matric and Inter class result. The candidates can visit the official site of BISE Sukkur to check the Sukkur Board result of the annual exams of SSC and HSSC, which is uploaded after the announcement of the annual exams result.
