Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sukkur was established with the aim to raise education standard in schools and colleges affiliated with Sukkur Board. BISE Sukkur Board is busy in providing higher standard of education to the students and also conducts the annual and supply exams of matric and intermediate classes at the end of the year. When BISE Sukkur announces the process of sending the admission forms, candidates submit the application forms in due dates. Sukkur Board prepares SSC roll number slips and Matric Date Sheet of the annual exams of 9th and 10th classes. Candidates can receive BISE Sukkur Matric part 1 date sheet and SSC part 2 date sheet in February as Sukkur Board starts Matric part 1 annual exams and SSC part 2 final term exams in March.

Sukkur Board also manages the Inter part 1 and 2 annual exams in the higher secondary schools and colleges at the end of year. BISE Sukkur receives admission forms and releases Sukkur Board HSSC date sheet for part 2 and Inter date sheet for part 1 to the students in March, few weeks before start of annual exams of Intermediate class. BISE Sukkur Board starts Inter part 1 annual exams and HSSC part 2 annual exams in the month of April. Candidates can get the matric part 1 and 2 BISE Sukkur annual exams result and HSSC part 1 and 2 annual exams result after three months of the annual exams.
